The candidate should possess hands-on experience in calibration and thorough knowledge of quality systems and tools. This role is crucial in maintaining compliance, reducing rejections, and improving overall product quality. Key Responsibilities : Calibration Operations: Operate and maintain precision measurement equipment including Roundness, Roughness, CMM, and Microscopes. Perform scheduled calibration of instruments and machines to ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulations. Maintain calibration records and certification documentation. Documentation & Reporting: Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2008 (or latest version) standards and maintain related documentation. Assist in audits and internal quality reviews. Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in Quality Circle initiatives and promote a culture of quality at the workplace. Support training programs for QA teams on measurement techniques and quality standards. Required Skills : Proficient in handling measurement tools and calibration machines. Sound understanding of manufacturing line processes and quality inspection methods. Strong knowledge of quality systems and documentation. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Good verbal and written communication skills. Attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Educational Qualification : Diploma in Mechanical Eligibility : Should have at least 3 to 5 years of work experience
