Calibration Engineer- RF Instruments

The role of RF Instruments-Calibration Engineer requires a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering along with a minimum of 2 years of experience in RF Test & Measuring Instrument calibration. You should have a strong understanding of Spectrum Analyzer, Vector Network Analyzer, Software Defined Radio, Vector Signal Generators, and other RF measuring instruments. Additionally, familiarity with calibration procedures, equipment, tools, methodologies, as well as the ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and standards is essential. As an RF Instruments-Calibration Engineer, your responsibilities will include developing and updating calibration methods, schedules, and documentation. You will be using tools to calibrate various instruments such as Vector Network Analyzer, Signal Analyzer, Spectrum Analyzer, Impedance Analyzer, Vector Signal Generators, etc. It will be crucial to ensure compliance with standards (ISO 17025 equivalent) and maintain audit readiness. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting equipment performance deviations, collaborating with different teams, managing calibration software, maintaining records for audits, and continuously improving processes. This role will require you to work on a full-time, permanent basis with a day shift schedule from Monday to Friday. You may also be eligible for a yearly bonus. Moreover, you should be willing to work in person and be prepared to liaise with R&D Engineers, faculties, and PhD scholars from prestigious institutions like IITs, NITs, and other colleges to support their calibration-related requirements for research work.,
