Record Management: Organizing, maintaining, and filing documents, records, and sensitive information securely and efficiently. Travel Coordination: Arranging domestic and international travel plans, including booking flights, accommodations, and preparing itineraries. Meeting Support: Organizing meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and ensuring follow-up on action items. Liaison: Acting as a point of contact and intermediary between the management team, staff, and external stakeholders.
