What You'll Do Responsible for working with Client to understand current implementation of their Incentive compensation Program. Capture the requirement around IC. Responsible for the functional specification, technical design, implementation, and support of IC. Administer and manage the company's incentive compensation programs, ensuring all calculations and payments are accurate and delivered in a timely manner. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Finance, and Human Resources, to establish and maintain effective incentive compensation processes and policies. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company's incentive plans, including metrics, targets, and payout structures. Collaborate with Sales Operations to ensure accurate and timely data collection, validation, and integration into the compensation system.
