Candidate should have experience of closely working with multi-discipline Engg team, Project team, Detail engineering partners/contractors. Candidate should have experience in connection design and detailing including requirements of ductile detailing. Candidate shall have very strong understanding of project specifications, soil report study, Health check up study of Old structures, review of Fabrication and erection drawings. Candidate should be competent enough to perform Detail Engineering activites of projects independently, should possess Strong technical skills/ Knowledge of good engineering & global practices followed in Civil & Structural Engineering. Candidate should have exposure of Material estimation for Pre-bid projects in cost competent approach. Candidate should be well versed with ASCE, ACI, AISC, Euro codes, IS codes. Knowledge of STAAD. Pro design software. Knowledge of soil strength calculations, Civil Strcutural design & analysis. Exposure to international Wind, Seismic and design codes IS codes, ASCE, ACI, Euro codes, etc. Prepare accurate design calculation independently, analysis of pipe rack, equipment shelter, buildings, EOT Cranes supporting structure, process/technological structure, etc. Design & Analysis of static and dynamic equipment foundations Perform Multi-disciplinary checks, and collect inputs to furnish Civil and Structural Design deliverables. Candidate should have exposure of prebid workings and estimations to be considered for a cost competative bid. Candidate should have exposure of identifying the risks involved in the pre-bid. Candidate should be able to analyse the impact of inputs from Upstream discipline on civil, Strucutral deliverables. Attitude of continual learning and implementing the lessons learnt on other ongoing work is expected.
