You will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and supporting business software applications, custom modules, and integrated platforms. In this role, you will collaborate with business systems analysts, internal stakeholders, and team members to drive innovative enhancements that meet short- and long-term business objectives. Your proficiency in C/AL programming, object design, data integration, and performance optimization will be essential in building custom modules, resolving complex issues, and improving applications based on business process knowledge. Your key responsibilities will include creating programming and integration solutions or application enhancements to meet business needs and strategic goals. You will also design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics NAV objects, support system deployment, upgrades, and patch management activities, and maintain the highest development practices resulting in efficient, reusable, and reliable code. Additionally, you will collaborate with business systems analysts to transform complex business and functional requirements into technical solutions and provide thoughtful work-level estimates for cost/benefit analysis. At the intermediate and senior levels, you will be expected to generate accurate code for new or existing models/routines, assist with monitoring, maintaining, and developing quality assurance environments, review test cases/plans, and perform system analysis and design. Furthermore, at the senior level, you will provide technical leadership to development teams through the software development lifecycle, assist with the architectural design of major projects, and lead coding concept discussions. To qualify for this role, you should have at least 6 years of experience with global ERP/CRM systems development, customization, and configuration, as well as C# and .NET development. You should possess solid experience in MS Dynamics C/side and C/AL or MS Dynamics CRM SDK, MS SQL Server and SQL programming, JavaScript and related frameworks programming, Web API and REST services, and SSRS or Power BI. Additionally, you should be able to write highly complex code, translate customer requirements into technical requirements, demonstrate solid business acumen and product knowledge, troubleshoot across the technology stack, work independently, resolve complex issues, and exhibit ownership and responsibility for team delivery.,
