Company Description Cait, the Confederation of All India Traders, is one of the largest trade organizations in Asia with a membership base of 8 crore and 40,000 trade unions. Headquartered in Vyaparbhavan Delhi, Cait acts as a bridge between its trade members and government bodies. CAIT Young Entrepreneurs (YE) was established in Ahmedabad on August 28, 2021, to align with the parent body’s mission of supporting trade members. The primary purposes of Cait include standing for its trade members’ interests, educating them, and familiarizing them with new trade and government policies. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager located in Ahmedabad. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for managing daily operations, coordinating with trade members and government bodies, executing trade policies, and overseeing various projects. Additionally, the role includes conducting training sessions, organizing events, and maintaining accurate records and reports. Qualifications Experience in managing daily operations and project oversight Strong communication and coordination skills with trade members and government bodies Ability to execute and implement trade policies efficiently Experience in conducting training sessions and organizing events Excellent record-keeping and report-maintenance skills Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field Proficiency in local and English languages Ability to work independently and as part of a team
