In this position, you will play a crucial role in developing, implementing, and monitoring internal controls to safeguard company assets. You will be expected to identify opportunities for enhancing accounting processes and systems, as well as coordinating internal and external audits. Maintaining adherence to all legal and regulatory requirements, monitoring cash flows, and effectively managing working capital will be key aspects of your responsibilities. Anticipated to forecast cash requirements, optimize fund utilization, and supervise the finance and accounts team, you will also be tasked with ensuring timely training and skill development for team members. Proficiency in accounting software, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, in-depth knowledge of accounting standards and financial principles, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and the capacity to work under pressure and meet deadlines are vital competencies for this role.
