Caffeinateyes is a full-fledged, fast-growing creative and performance agency working with global brands across content, paid ads, and brand growth. We’re looking for a Media Buyer who isn’t just good at launching ads — but knows how to strategize, manage budgets, analyze performance, and work closely with creative and content teams to generate real results. What You'll Do: Plan, set up, and manage paid ad campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube , and other platforms. Research audience behavior, study competitors, and define clear growth goals (ROAS, leads, calls, purchases). Build full-funnel strategies (TOF/MOF/BOF), optimize performance, and scale winning campaigns. Analyze campaign metrics daily: CPM, CPC, CTR, ROAS, CPA , etc. Communicate campaign insights clearly with the team and suggest creative or data-driven improvements. Set up retargeting, lookalikes, and segmented audience-based funnels. Who You Are: You’ve been running paid ad campaigns for at least 5, preferably for brands or agencies. You know how to think like a strategist , not just follow media plans. You’re confident, communicative , and able to take full ownership of ad performance. You’re not afraid to speak up when something can be improved — and you enjoy collaborating with creative, content, and strategy teams. You’ve managed real budgets and know how to allocate ad spend effectively. You’re organized, reliable, and capable of delivering high-quality work with minimal supervision. Compensation: This is a freelance engagement for the first 3–6 months . You’ll be paid $300–$500 per client/month , depending on campaign complexity. Once mutual fit is confirmed, this role can be converted into a full-time contract position with scaled pay and long-term stability. If you’re unable to share any results, reports, or analytics from past work (screenshots, insights, dashboards, etc.), we will not be able to proceed.
