We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Corporate Catering Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. This role is responsible for generating new business and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients to increase catering sales revenue. The ideal candidate will have a background in food services, hospitality, or sales, with strong communication skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences. Key Responsibilities: Identify and prospect new corporate catering clients through cold calling, networking, events, and digital outreach. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. Understand client needs and tailor catering proposals and packages accordingly. Collaborate with kitchen and operations teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment. Conduct client presentations, tastings, and site visits as needed. Prepare detailed quotes, contracts, and invoices. Track and report sales activities, forecasts, and pipeline using CRM software. Stay informed about food trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement. Attend networking events, trade shows, and community functions to promote the brand and generate leads. Handle client issues or complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
