Job Summary: Rishabh Engineering is looking for experienced Piping Stress Engineers to perform comprehensive stress analysis and provide technical support across piping systems in large-scale industrial projects. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the mechanical integrity and code compliance of piping systems, supporting the engineering team through all phases of design and execution. Key Responsibilities: Perform piping stress analysis using CAESAR II and other relevant tools in accordance with applicable codes (ASME B31.1, B31.3, API, etc.). Review and interpret piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs), isometrics, general arrangement drawings, and equipment data sheets. Identify critical lines and perform flexibility analysis, considering thermal expansion, seismic, wind, and dynamic loads. Provide support in selecting and designing piping supports, expansion loops, and spring hangers. Evaluate nozzle loads on rotating and static equipment and coordinate with Mechanical and Civil teams for resolution. Prepare stress analysis reports and recommend modifications where necessary. Review vendor documents and interface with suppliers on stress-related matters. Participate in model reviews and coordinate with 3D designers to ensure stress-related design criteria are implemented. Ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and best engineering practices. Provide technical mentoring to junior engineers and collaborate with global teams. Key Skills & Competencies: Proficiency in CAESAR II (mandatory), with knowledge of other tools like AutoPIPE or Rohr2 considered an asset. Deep understanding of international design codes (ASME B31.3, B31.1, API 610/617, WRC 107/297, etc.). Experience with stress analysis of critical lines , nozzle load calculations, spring supports, and interaction with civil/structural. Ability to perform lift-off, slug flow, two-phase flow, PSV and relief line analysis . Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to interpret client specifications and incorporate stress requirements into design deliverables. Familiarity with 3D modeling software like CADWorx, SmartPlant 3D (SP3D) , or E3D for integration with piping layouts. Qualifications: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline. 5 to 10 years of relevant piping stress engineering experience in EPC/EPCM projects. Prior experience working in oil & gas, petrochemical, refinery, or power projects is preferred. Good communication and coordination skills to work in multi-disciplinary teams. Preferred Experience: Global project exposure, working with North American or Middle East client specifications. Familiarity with Indian and international regulatory requirements and standards. Experience in modularization or brownfield revamp projects is a plus.

Exp in oil & gas, process and FRP Piping Using CAESAR 2, Stress Analysis. Good Exposure in International Std & Codes like ASME 31.3, ASME 31.1 & API 610 etc, checking of pipe supports with repect to pipe stress responsible for stress isometrics. Required Candidate profile Stress Engineer having exp in oil & gas, process & piping, must have exp in FRP pipe stress analysis with CAESAR 2, Good Exposure in all ASME Standards & codes. Stress Analysis

• A Degree in Engineering related field with emphasis on statics, dynamics, stress analysis and/or Finite Element Analysis. Two years of experience in Heat Recovery Steam Generators or other related piping experience preferred. Experience in operating Caesar II or Auto Pipe piping analysis software preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel. Prior knowledge of ASME Boiler & Pressure Vessel Codes, with an emphasis on B31.1 is preferred. Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment. Must have valid Passport for International Travel.
