Job Description Highly skilled Stress & Design Engineer with expertise in ISAMI , CATIA , and in-service repair for wing perimeter structures . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer-aided engineering (CAE) , CAD modeling , and physics-based simulations , with hands-on experience in structural analysis and repair design for aerospace components. Key Responsibilities: Perform stress analysis and repair design for wing perimeter structures using ISAMI and CAESAM Desktop tools. Develop and validate CAD models using CATIA V5 , ensuring accuracy and compliance with aerospace standards. Conduct physics-based simulations to assess structural integrity and performance under operational loads. Support in-service repair activities by evaluating damage, proposing repair solutions, and preparing engineering documentation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, manufacturing, and maintenance engineering. Ensure all designs and analyses meet regulatory and airworthiness requirements. Maintain detailed records of design iterations, analysis results, and repair procedures. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, or Structural Engineering. 5-8 years of experience in aerospace structural design and stress analysis . Proficiency in: ISAMI and CAESAM Desktop CATIA V5 CAD modeling and computer-aided engineering Physics simulations and structural analysis Experience in in-service repair and aircraft maintenance engineering . Strong understanding of aerospace materials , load cases , and fatigue analysis . Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Airbus programs (e.g., A320, A350). Familiarity with airworthiness regulations and repair certification processes . Knowledge of finite element analysis (FEA) tools and methods.
