You will learn the ins and outs of B2B sales, gain valuable industry insights, and work closely with our experienced leadership team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to kick-start their career in consumer facing scenario within the fast-growing e-commerce sector.Key ResponsibilitiesOutreach: Contact potential leads via phone, email, visits and social media to introduce our platform and explain the benefits of joining.Sales Support: Assist in preparing client counselling pitches, presentations, and proposals.Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring their smooth on-boarding.Follow-Up: Track and follow up with leads to nurture them through the business funnel.Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of services.On Boarding: counsel the client regarding benefits of the platform , on-boarding, contract completion and product placement on the site.Skills and QualificationsEducation: Fresh Pass out BBA/MBA or other streams with inclination towards Business development, sales and marketing Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport and establish strong relationships.Motivation: Self-starter with a strong desire to learn and grow in the sales field.Problem-Solving: Ability to think creatively and overcome challenges.Tech Savvy: Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and basic sales tools (CRM systems, Microsoft Office, etc.) is a plus.Team Player: Willingness to collaborate and work in a dynamic team environment.Travel: willingness to travel
