We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Project Engineer CAE with 4 to 7 years of specialized experience in crash analysis. This critical role is central to our commitment to product safety and performance. The successful candidate will possess strong proficiency in industry-leading CAE software, specifically Ansys and LS-Dyna, for conducting advanced explicit dynamic simulations. Your primary responsibility will involve setting up complex crashworthiness models, including detailed meshing, material property definition, boundary conditions, and contact definitions. You will perform various types of crash simulations, such as frontal impact, side impact, rear impact, and pedestrian protection, to evaluate the structural integrity and energy absorption capabilities of components and full systems. Beyond running simulations, a key aspect of this role is the ability to thoroughly analyze simulation results, interpret complex stress, strain, and deformation patterns, and identify critical failure modes. You will be expected to provide data-driven recommendations for design improvements to enhance crashworthiness and occupant safety. This position requires a deep understanding of impact mechanics, material behavior under high strain rates, and relevant safety regulations. You will collaborate closely with design engineers to integrate CAE insights into the design loop, ensuring that design modifications effectively address performance targets. Furthermore, preparing comprehensive technical reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to project teams and management will be a crucial duty.

Tooling Engineer - Design (Tooling -Jigs & Fixtures skills using CATIA ) Skills and Core Competencies o Experience working with machine shop & assembly environment. o Must be proficient in CATIA v5 software. o 5 years of experience in the aerospace industry preferred and 3 to 5 years of direct work on design and production of tooling and industrial equipment. o Ability to do mechanical stress hand calculations. o Experience with CATIA Stress Analysis Module and/or ABAQUS/CAE software. o Knowledge of engineering materials and their selection. o Experience in designing tooling for landing gear components manufacture in a precision machine shop & assembly environment would be an asset. o Good knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) as well as engineering drafting practices and related technical standards. o Familiarity with methods (process) engineering as well as with CNC/CMM programming and CNC machining. o Knowledge of off-the-shelf tooling components and their selection. o Ability to visualize drawings and objects. o Team and goal oriented, self-motivated, and possessing a strong work ethic. o Able to communicate clearly and directly both verbally and in writing. o Project and time management skills with good sense of urgency. o Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Project, Excel). o Showing critical, creative and incisive thinking; result-oriented with leadership and organizational skills. o Strong and continuous focus on process improvement.) Conduct Virtual Simulation of suspension components for Commercial vehicles-Leaf springs, ARB, Air Suspension, Air links, Torque rods, Perform CAE iterations, stiffness, stress analysis,Deflection, optimise design, reducing cost Exp in ANSYS, Abaqus

Automation system design, component selection, layout design 2. EOAT design, conveyor systems design 3. Strong Fixturing concept, weld fixtures/ BIW concepts 4. Strong engineering background for machine/ automation elements selection/ calculations. 5. Well versed with servo systems, servomotor selection. 6. Design of pneumatic hydraulic systems 7. Hands-on with CAD/ CAE software 8. Experience on simulation software is an added advantage 9. Follow standard design practices, GDT as per ISO standards 10. Experience in assembly automation/ test automation SPMs 11. Understand customer requirement specifications, design the system accordingly and should be able to handle DAP meetings.
