Overview CAE Analyst Crash Simulation (ANSA - LS-DYNA / PAM-CRASH / LS-Prepost / Meta Post ) Responsibilities Job Summary: We are seeking a CAE Analyst with strong hands-on experience in crash simulations using LS-DYNA or PAM-CRASH . The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of various vehicle crash test scenarios including regulatory, NCAP, and OEM-specific load cases. The analyst will be responsible for model setup, execution, result analysis, and reporting for frontal, side, rear, pedestrian, and seat integrity crash tests. Key Responsibilities: Set up, run, and validate crash simulations using LS-DYNA or PAM-CRASH . Apply appropriate material models, contacts, boundary conditions, and loadings for each crash event. Interpret and analyze crash test results (intrusion, acceleration, deformation, injury criteria, etc.). Deliver technical insights and recommendations to design and safety teams. Ensure model compliance with OEM guidelines , NCAP protocols , and global crash regulations . Participate in debugging, result correlation, and model improvement activities. Qualifications Bachelors/ Masters Degree in Engineering in Mechanical / Automobile Engineering. Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure mould designs are feasible and cost-effective. Use of simulation to validate mould designs and ensure they meet quality standards. Utilise simulation to aide Tool Design Engineers modify and optimize existing mould designs based on feedback or changes in specifications. Work on Correlation of Simulation results and Actual Tool Trial results. Stay updated on the latest CAE simulation techniques and technologies and find avenues to use them in ETS. Functional Competencies: Proven experience as a CAE analyst Proficiency in Moldflow and other similar CAE software for Moulds. In-depth knowledge of mould production processes, materials. Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to mould design and injection moulding process. The technical engineer should deliver Powertrain CFD projects withemphasis on Engine Cooling system (Hydraulics and deaeration simulation) as anindividual contributor/with support of team Leverage team competency by bringing new technology/concept to deliver ProgramGateways Provide technical guidance on Powertrain Integration CFD projects to newengineers. Take initiative and responsibility for new challenging projects and collaborateteam to deliver the task Ensure lessons learnt are captured, translated & applied to futureprograms, participate in Powertrain Tech club meetings and support developingaction plans and solutions for critical issues related to PTI CFD system Should be able to find out the root cause for convergence issues duringanalysis and mentor the team to complete complex analysis Interfacing with the customer on the project status and analysis reviews onclosure of TGW/issues within expectation DOMAIN KNOWLEDGE:\u200b Good Understanding of CFD 3D Flow, Thermal, Porous Modelling andmulti-phase modellin Knowledge in Engine cooling system. Perform CAD cleanup, Surface Meshing using ANSA, and Star-CCM+. Perform CFD simulations using Star-CCM+ and Simerics with best practices foraccurate computational efficiency. Nice to have Simerics tool exposure, nice to have 1D Flow Master toolsexposure. Exposure to Programming language like python/ JAVA etc would be a plus

1. Good Understanding of CFD 3D Flow, Thermal, PorousModeling and DPM modeling. 2. Perform CAD cleanup,Surface Meshing and Volume Meshing using ANSA, Fluent Meshing (T-Grid) andStar-CCM+. 3. Perform CFDsimulations using Star-CCM+ and Fluent with best practices for accuratecomputational efficiency. 4. Provide accurate anddetailed reports of CFD results. 5. Find root cause andprovide effective design solutions to optimize product functionality. 6. Able to interact withcross-functional teams. 7. Good written andverbal communication skills. 8. Develop processimprovements and standard work practices for operational efficiency. 9. Preferable withknowledge in converge-Studio and Urea deposit modeling. SKILL SET: Star CCM+ and 3D-CAD / ANSA / Fluent , Converge-Studio, EnSight , Hypermesh DOMAIN KNOWLEDGE: Preferable with knowledge in Exhaust Aftertreatment components and Air Induction system.

Good experience in Automotive transmission and driveline (traditional andelectric) systems. Develop CFD methods and use of tools, to support new designs relevant totransmission and driveline, as well as resolve issues relating to manufacturingand quality. Should be able to identify root cause of undesired outcomes from simulationsand finding the reasonable solution. Experience with two-phase flow modeling (VOF) and multi-cell region problems(moving/sliding mesh). Conduct model correlations for subsystem functionality verification. Thorough understanding of physics related to fluid dynamics and heat transfer. Hands-on experience with Star-CCM+ and ANSA. \u200b Preferred candidate will be an individual contributor, working directly withglobal design and product development teams on futuristic hybrid and batteryelectric vehicles. Division- ERD-CDT Department EN-4C Functional Area NVH Structural Analysis of Chassis system components Industry preference Engineering Center (Automotive OE / Tier 1 Vendor), Research Organizations Role: Structural NVH Structural simulation (CAE) of Chassis systems and components Responsibilities: - Prepare finite element models of Vehicle Chassis (Brake, Suspension Steering) components and subsystems. - Apply basic loading and boundary conditions for structural, thermal and modal analysis of chassis parts especially brakes. - Carry CAE Analysis and establish correlation of results with actual tests. - Result interpretation and detailed analysis report preparation. - Efficient execution of CAE activities for model development, Value Enhancement, Quality resolution projects at different product development stages. - Participation in problems trouble shooting and after-analysis, proposing countermeasures and support in implementation. - Supporting design team to generate evaluate weight cost reduction proposals. - Support the team in improvement and generation of CAE methodology.
