Responsibilities of a Frontal/Side/Rear Impact Safety Structural Engineer include:

Conducting CAE simulations to evaluate full vehicle crashworthiness performance for high-speed frontal, side, and rear impacts, primarily utilizing LS-DYNA.
Applying FORD's safety CAE standard work procedures specifically for side impact simulations to guarantee high-quality results, outputs, reports, and presentations.
Developing and proposing feasible, timely vehicle design recommendations and technical solutions aimed at meeting frontal impact safety performance targets.
