As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the global PLM environment, ensuring its high availability and performance. Your primary responsibilities will include administering and supporting Teamcenter PLM infrastructure throughout the development, testing, and production phases. You will work closely with IT teams to handle installations, upgrades, and maintenance of PLM software while monitoring system health, performance, and licensing compliance. Proactively analyzing logs and trends will be essential in resolving issues and optimizing performance. To excel in this role, you should have proven experience with Teamcenter PLM in complex environments and possess a strong understanding of Windows OS and distributed Teamcenter setups. Familiarity with ITIL 4.0, BMIDE, ITK/SOA, and CAD/ERP integration would be advantageous. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills are also highly valued in this position.
