Virtual interview with customer Required Skills: Packaging electrical components within the vehicle layout.. Proficient in using Catia V5 and its various modules Experienced in the packaging of 2W, 3W, and 4W automotive products Have a good understanding of how electrical layout can impact part failure. Experienced in both manual and automated wire routing Reviewing the vehicle layout to ensure appropriate placement of electrical components. Importing ECAD data into MCAD for wiring harness routing purposes. Developing concept designs for both plastic and metal parts required for packaging the electrical components. Utilizing CATIA V5 R21 and its relevant modules, including Part Design, Assembly Design, Electrical Parts Packaging, and Drafting, for these tasks. Generating necessary drawings for components, wiring, and overall architecture, and subsequently uploading them to the PLM system.. Conducting tolerance stack-up analyses at the vehicle assembly level. Ensure CAD based layout on actual vehicle build/Proto Change detail observation and updating CAD Layout 11. Proto Vehicle management w.r.t. all EE Proto parts and updating on vehicle in case new parts. Basic electrical functionality checks using user manuals, electrical instrument etc. Develop the electrical layout according to the established guidelines. Create potential solutions for any conflicts that arise during the layout process. Draft any new guidelines that may be necessary based on the current project.* Perform manual wire routing according to the established guidelines. Execute auto routing using the provided ECAD data Create the assembly manual.
