You will be responsible for interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD/CAM files to operate CNC machinery efficiently. Your role will involve monitoring machine operations, making necessary adjustments to optimize output and quality, and conducting regular quality checks using measuring tools such as vernier calipers, micrometers, and gauges. It will be important to maintain equipment through preventive maintenance tasks and promptly report any production issues or machine malfunctions to the supervisor. Ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the machine area, following all safety protocols, and adhering to company standards during operation are essential aspects of this role. The ideal candidate should have proven experience as a CNC operator or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in reading and interpreting mechanical documents and drawings, along with a good understanding of CNC machinery and tooling, will be required. Additionally, you should possess skills in measuring and inspection techniques, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities. This full-time position may require working in shifts, including day shift, night shift, or overnight shift based on operational needs. The work location for this role is in person. ,
