This will also involve input from other experts from throughout UOP Working effectively with team members and proactively communicating key decisions made on projects to others Identifying opportunities for improving Customer satisfaction Relevant experience in Design and Detailed engineering for Static Equipment (Reactors + internals) and other static equipment for Turnkey Projects which includes fluid flow and mechanical design for the petroleum refining & petrochemical industry. Candidate shall be having good knowledge of Principles, Practices and Procedures related to design of static equipment. Including good in-depth knowledge and experience in Solid Mechanics / Fatigue / creep and Fluid Mechanics viz static and dynamics Candidate shall also have an experience in production follow-up of various types of static equipment including Reactors, Pressure vessels, Internals ,heat exchangers, field support and troubleshooting. Knowledge of applicable codes and software’s e.g. FE Pipe, Compress / PV Elite. Fluency and working expertise in CAD software – MicroStation ( 2D and 3D), AutoCad. Computation software Mathcad Knowledge of inter-disciplinary linkages & interdependencies. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to be used at the International level with colleagues worldwide. Ability to maintain departmental / technology infrastructure Good analytical skills and sound judgment.
