In charge of arranging mold quotation, mold capacity assessment and the analysis about the product design for manufacturing(DFM) at the ESI stage for team, and assist on arranging the DFM review meeting, keeping communicating with customer and lock down all the relative activities with mold development. In charge of initiating KO in tooling factory for team, and convey the correct KO information to design and master plan, participate and urge the relative departments attending the design 3D review meeting. In charge of dealing with the urgent case during the mold fabrication, mold assembly and mold test with the corresponding department for team. Arrange the E1 meeting to make the debugging scheme and drive it effectively. Ensuring the whole project can be completed on time according to the project schedule. In charge of following the whole team’s projects process of the product’s ECN and to ensure it is effectively completed. In charge of the progress and quality tracking for whole team’s project, Ensure the mold repair work is done well within the stipulated time and transfer it to factory, drive the buy off work. Work out the summary report for the molds which can’t be closed on time, meanwhile analysis the root causes and figure out the solutions. Assist the production site in solving any mold problems, ensuring the successful production. Keep strictly controlling on the mold cost, for the exceeded portion of debugging cost, work out the tracker to analysis and make up the improvement plan. REQUIREMENTS College or above, major is mechanical or relative mechanical 5 years or above experiences in project management, good project management skills and has strong sense of responsibility and independence in working. 3 years and above of mold design and repair work experiences, have sufficient knowledge and experience in the mold structure and mold machining process and mold injection.
