CAD GIS Designer

You will be responsible for preparing and modifying technical drawings and plans using AutoCAD software, GIS software, and following established standards and project requirements. Collaborating with civil/electrical engineers and other team members to understand project specifications and design requirements will be a key part of your role. You will be creating accurate and detailed drawings for civil/environment engineering projects, including plot layouts, solar PV layouts, roads, drainage systems, earthworks, utilities, and other infrastructure elements. Your responsibilities will also include reviewing and revising drawings based on feedback and markups from senior engineers and other team members, as well as maintaining organized files and documentation of all drawings and related information. To qualify for this position, you should have an ITI or Diploma in Civil/mechanical/electrical Engineering or a related field. A Bachelor's degree in Civil/mechanical/electrical Engineering is considered a plus. You should have 2-5 years of experience working as an AutoCAD Operator in any engineering field. Knowledge of AutoCAD software, GIS software specifically Civil 3D, and the ability to create and modify technical drawings are essential. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to work collaboratively with team members are important qualities for this role. Good communication skills and the ability to interpret and understand engineering drawings and specifications are also required. Familiarity with other design software, the ability to work independently, and meet deadlines are desirable skills for this position.,
