Job Description

Responsibilities

Assist the product development/ documentation team by providing 3D, 2D designs for HVAC equipment and devices.
Develop fully parametric 3D models including parts, sub-assemblies, and assemblies as per design requirements.
Create 2D, BOM, manufacturing drawings and DXF as part of standard CAD package.
Coordinate with design team and analysis team for necessary product changes.
Produce defect free CAD models / drawings.

Required:

Bachelors degree/ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in CAD engineering with Solidworks.
Good knowledge of sheet metal part and assembly modelling.

Good to have

• Good knowledge of DFMEA(Design Failure Mode and Effect Analysis)and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance).

• Experience on CAD management systems.

• Knowledge of HVAC equipments like AHU, VAV, FCU, Fan Blower, Dampers, Diffusers, Grills, Chilled Beams etc. will be added advantage.

• Exposure to project management techniques.

• Basic Knowledge of excel based VBA will be added advantage.
