Cad Draughtman

As a CAD Draftsman at Armor Ventures India Private Limited in Chennai, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Experience with CAD systems for DTCP & CMDA, EDCR - Familiarity with color coding of DTCP & CMDA - Combining of FMB - Knowledge of DTCP and CMDA approvals - Being an organized, proactive team player - Keeping up to date with technology/software - Showing consistent follow-through and accountability - Possessing high-level work standards - Assisting with making color and layout comments to OSO on strike-offs - Maintenance of all CAD reference libraries and archives - Undertaking high volume and emergency design projects - FMB drawing & approval Drawing Skills required for this role include proficiency in AutoCAD, Profiles, Excel, Grading, Quantities, Sections, FMB Drawings, and DTCP & CMDA Approval Drawings. To be successful in this role, you should have at least 2 years of CAD Designer experience, the ability to draw CADs quickly and accurately in Illustrator from hand-drawn sketches, and the capacity to manipulate CAD drawings in Illustrator when sketches are not provided. You should also demonstrate a strong commitment to team environment dynamics, contribute expertise, and follow leadership directives when required. Educational qualifications preferred for this position include a B.Tech, M.Tech, Bachelor's Degree in Design, or Diploma in Civil. Certifications such as licenses in CADD, CAD, C.E.T, GD&T, NICET, MEP, MMCD, CSWP, CSWE, or CTS are also valued.
