Position Overview We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales and Administration Coordinator to support our sales team and manage a wide range of administrative and HR tasks. This role is essential in ensuring smooth daily operations, professional client interactions, and efficient coordination across departments. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to balance multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Sales Support Answer calls in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive client experience. Assist in preparing quotes, proposals, and sales documents for clients. Support the sales team with follow-ups, reports, and maintaining client records. Administration & HR Handle HR and administration tasks, including maintaining employee records and assisting with onboarding. Provide general office administration, including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining records. Support preparation of reports, contracts, and compliance documents. Manage filing systems (digital and hard copy) to ensure accessibility and compliance. Assist in organizing company events, client meetings, and workshops. Ensure efficient daily operations by managing office supplies, vendor services, and administrative processes. Key Skills & Attributes Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Professional phone manner and customer service mindset. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM systems. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. High attention to detail with problem-solving abilities. Qualifications Previous experience in administration, HR coordination, or sales support preferred. Diploma or degree in Business Administration or a related field (advantageous). Background in customer service or office management will be highly regarded.
