As a skilled CAD Designer at a mid-level position for operations in West Delhi, you will be leveraging your expertise in AutoCAD, 3D Printing, and 2D Helmet Design. Your role will involve creating detailed technical drawings and designs, transforming concepts into physical prototypes, and focusing on Helmet Design while adhering to specific manufacturing requirements. You will interpret technical drawings accurately, utilize rapid prototyping techniques for improving product development, and use solidworks for creating robust 3D models and simulations. **Key Responsibilities:** - Create over 200 technical drawings for tooling and prototyping. - Develop parametric models for modular helmet components. - Develop and design detailed CAD drawings for various projects ensuring compliance with industry standards. - Collaborate with engineering and production teams to understand design requirements and constraints. - Create 3D models and prototypes using 3D Printing technologies for testing and validation purposes. - Utilize solidworks to develop comprehensive 3D designs to support structural analysis and functionality. - Participate in design reviews, modify designs based on feedback, and ensure final outputs meet project specifications. - Maintain documentation of design processes, revisions, and specifications for future reference. - Stay updated with the latest CAD software advancements and integrate them into design practices. - Ensure all designs are delivered within agreed timelines and adhere to safety and quality standards. **Qualifications Required:** - Diploma in CAD Design or Bachelor in Engineering Design. - Proven proficiency in AutoCAD to create detailed technical drawings and designs (Mandatory skill). - Expertise in 3D Printing technologies to transform concepts into physical prototypes (Mandatory skill). - Competence in 2D design focused on Helmet Design, catering to specific manufacturing requirements (Mandatory skill). - Ability to interpret technical drawings accurately to ensure design precision and adherence. - Experience with rapid prototyping techniques to swiftly iterate design ideas and improve product development. - Strong knowledge of solidworks for creating robust 3D models and simulations that support design validation. - Effective communication skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and present design concepts. - Strong attention to detail and creativity in developing innovative design solutions.,
