We are seeking a skilled CMM Programmer responsible for programming, operating, and maintaining Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) to ensure precision inspection of components, tools, and assemblies in line with customer and industry standards.

Job Description Tasks & Responsibilities: Technical support to customers (OEMs) for the ABS/ESP and NBS Hydraulic Unit (HU) development. On time support to customer requests. Coordination of the HU- Engineering tasks within the Global HU-PCM Customer Interface Teams (CIT) Responsible for ensuring readiness of various project specific documents/processes eg. Support to TPM in quality audits (IATF) Deliverables: Product BOM (inc. AT container, final assy BOMs inc. ECU & CSW management as component ) Offer/Assembly Drawing, Project Technical Customer Documentation, Validation definition-follow-up, Assembly FMEA, PE self-assessment (incl. Risk awareness & management related documents), & reporting, ECR (customer request), aftermarket documentation (if applicable). As a Polymer Additive Manufacturing Project Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing projects that involve polymer additive manufacturing processes. Your role will involve planning, executing, and monitoring projects from inception to completion, ensuring project goals are met within budget and on time. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, conduct risk assessments, and implement mitigation strategies. In terms of skills, you should be familiar with polymer materials and additive manufacturing techniques, have experience with project management software such as MS Project, be competent in engineering software like Solidworks and Magics, and proficient in the MS Office suite of apps (WORD, EXCEL, POWERPOINT, TEAMS). As a CAD Designer, your primary responsibility will be to learn and deliver product data and drawing making of BIW parts, bumpers, instrument panel (modelling), wiper, and fuel tank. You will be required to work closely with the in-house Product Modelling and Design teams to create formal 3D CAD data as well as 2D and 3D drawings. Your role will also involve coordinating with the Engineering Team for design and drawing modifications, as well as ensuring data quality improvement related points are addressed. In addition, you will be responsible for conducting designer CAE/CFD analysis to predict design effectiveness and optimize the overall product design. Applying basic engineering principles and adhering to Suzuki Engineering Standards (SES) will be crucial to ensuring the accuracy of 3D data and drawings. Job description: Mid-level Mechanical Design Engineer with a minimum of 8+ years of work experience in machine design to support design projects. Experience in Industrial Equipment and Machineries such as Paper / Printing machineries and discrete product machineries is required. Essential duties and responsibilities: Performs, plans, and/or schedules detailed phases of the Engineering work in a portion of a major project or in a total project of moderate scope. Performs work that involves conventional Engineering practice but may include a variety of complex features such as conflicting design requirements, unsuitability of conventional materials, and difficult coordination requirements. Creates project estimates, product specifications, floor plans, and designs (including options) that meet customer-specific requirements. Experience in CAD data management using PDM / PLM software. Adherence to CAD standards - ISO, ANSI, experience in MBD will be an added advantage. Knowledgeable in selection of mechanical OEM parts (sprockets, belts, etc.). Exposure to machine building, installation and commissioning will be an added advantage. Mandatory Skills: Good understanding of mechanical functions and principles. Ability to follow a prescribed engineering process. 3D CAD software proficiency: SolidWorks (Must) (in combination with SmartTeam) / Creo (added advantage) / Inventor (added advantage). Familiar with AutoCad 2D. Familiarities with Electrical / Controls / Pneumatics and hydraulics basics. Ability to work as team MS Office applications (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) and remote desktop programs such as Teradici. Good in design calculations / basic FEA / selection of OEM parts. Conversant with Imperial and metric units.
