Job Title : CAD/CAE Support Engineer Location : Bengaluru (Hybrid) Key Responsibilities: Provide Level 1 & 2 support for CAD/CAE applications like NX, Delmia, ANSYS, Hypermesh, Vis-Mockup, JT, and LS-PrePost. Troubleshoot installation, licensing, file corruptions, performance issues, and integration errors. Support CAD data handling including conversion, JT creation, and visualization workflows. Assist engineers in solving model issues, file compatibility, and version-related conflicts. Guide users on best practices, modeling techniques, and simulation data management. Collaborate with infrastructure and PLM teams (e.g., Teamcenter) for CAD-PLM integration support. Prepare support documentation, SOPs, FAQs, and training materials.
