As a Performance Marketer specializing in D2C fashion brands, you will utilize your expertise to scale brands effectively through Facebook/Instagram ads and Google Ads. Managing budgets exceeding 1L per month, you will be responsible for driving high-ROI campaigns and achieving exceptional results. Your main responsibilities will include planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns on Meta (FB/Instagram) and Google Ads. You will be expected to develop and test creative ad strategies to maximize conversions and ROI, while continuously monitoring campaign performance to make data-driven optimizations. Collaboration with the creative/content team is essential to develop high-performing ad creatives. Tracking key performance metrics such as CAC, ROAS, and others will be crucial to ensure profitability. Additionally, staying updated on platform changes, ad policies, and emerging marketing trends is imperative to stay ahead in the industry. To excel in this role, you should possess a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in paid ads for D2C brands, with a preference for fashion brands. A proven track record of scaling campaigns with budgets of 1L+ per month is necessary. Strong analytical and reporting skills are essential, along with experience in retargeting, funnel strategies, and attribution models.
