Profile Overvi ew We&aposre hiring a Director of Demand Generation to lead and scale our pipeline engine. Youll own the full-funnel demand generation strategy, spanning paid, organic, lifecycle, and outbound-assist programs and drive alignment across marketing and sales. This is a strategic and executional role where youll define the roadmap, lead a team of demand gen managers, and partner closely with Sales to deliver qualified pipeline and hit revenue targe ts.Youll report to the CMO and directly manage a team of high-agency marketers across roles, with the potential to grow the function as the company scal es. What Youl l Do Own the global demand generation strategy and execution plan across channels (paid media, SEO, lifecycle, content syndication, outbound-as sist)Lead and manage a team of 34 demand gen managers running region-, segment-, or product-specific playsDrive collaboration with Sales leadership to define ICPs, pipeline coverage goals, SQL targets, and campaign priori ties.Partner with Product Marketing on messaging, offers, and GTM programs that resonate with buyer personas across funnel s tagesWork closely with Marketing Ops to ensure strong infrastructure for tracking, attribution, and lead ha ndoffOwn and optimize the demand gen budget to maximize ROI and CAC effic iencyBuild scalable campaign frameworks and experimentation models that drive pipeline consist entlyTrack performance against goals, report on key metrics, and continuously iterate based on whats wo rkingMentor and grow your team with a balance of autonomy and su pport What Were Looki ng For 12+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing with deep expertise in demand gene ration.Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentorin g teamsProven track record of building and scaling pipeline engines that support high-growth sale s teamsExperience managing multi-channel demand gen programs across paid, organic, lifecycle, and outbound motionsStrong analytical chops, fluent in marketing metrics, CAC efficiency, attribution, and funnel optimi zation.Hands-on, high-agency operator who can set strategy but also step in and execute when needed.Excellent collaboration and communication skills, youre comfortable working side-by-side with Sales, Growth, and Marketi ng Op s.Bonus: experience owning demand gen for mid-market or enterprise SaaS sales motions Why join usAt Rocketlane, were all about building a great product and a great place to work.
