As a Cable Repair Operator in Dubai, you will play a crucial role in repairing and maintaining cables across various industries. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Inspecting and assessing damaged cables for faults or wear and tear. - Performing repairs on cables by cutting, splicing, and rejoining them to restore functionality. - Testing repaired cables to ensure they meet performance standards and are defect-free. - Utilizing specialized tools and equipment for cable repair and maintenance. - Maintaining a clean and organized work area. - Troubleshooting cable issues, identifying root causes, and providing effective solutions. - Adhering to safety procedures and guidelines during all repair and maintenance activities. - Keeping accurate records of repairs, materials used, and time spent on each task. - Collaborating with the team and other departments to ensure smooth operations and high-quality outcomes. - Performing routine maintenance on cable equipment and tools.
