Job description mentioned below : Position : = Manager / Sr. Manager (Electrical Design) Qualification = Electrical Engineer Experience = 10 to 15 Years Industry exposure = Real Estate / Construction Location = Corporate Office, Pune ( Work from Office) Job Description Design and design coordination with mechanical, plumbing, HVAC and other ancillary services Preparation of DBR, load lists, cable schedules, interconnection schedules, single line diagrams & schematics, equipment layouts for outdoor/indoor substation, trench/tray layouts, lighting layouts, earthing layouts, lighting prevention layout as per standard and statutory requirements. Preparation of technical specifications and data sheets for various electrical equipment like transformers, DG set, HT/LT switch gear, cables, bus-ducts, UPS, battery chargers, DB, lighting fixtures & ELV components etc. Preparation of electrical work tender specifications for installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical equipment Calculation of equipment size for transformers, generators, HV/LV cables, UPS with batteries etc. Operating knowledge on AutoCAD, Revit, MS excel and software Good design exposure for residential (high-rise) and commercial projects

A dynamic and solution-oriented professional who can balance Siemens' technical solutions with customer expectations, driving project completion to the highest standards and on time. Responsibilities Responsible for all Technical/Administration/Commercial activities at the site. Managing customer expectations and concluding the project to the satisfaction of the customer. Ensuring that customer specifications are fulfilled. Coordinating with clients, contractors, and vendors to resolve queries and clarify scopes during erection and commissioning activities. Coordinating with vendors to expedite the sequential supply of materials/spares in line with site requirements. Liaising with vendors and the design team for site requirements, and reviewing engineering deliverables and vendor documents. Reviewing detailed engineering diagrams, datasheets, installation drawings, cable schedules, cable tray layouts, logic diagrams, and control room layouts. Verifying and certifying all electrical activities in bills. Inspecting and approving all electrical equipment and accessories. Making decisions on remodeling designs to suit site activities. Cross-verifying all equipment and accessories as per approvals and demands. Conducting quality checks on incoming materials, troubleshooting field instruments, supervising site activities, and inspecting electrical installation works and commissioning. Installing and commissioning field instruments such as transformers, substation panels, switches, pumps, motors, and lighting. Conducting cable and piping routing surveys and finalizing equipment and instrument locations. Providing location and other inputs for complete design engineering. Ensuring the implementation of Siemens Limited's EHS plans and policies for all project-related activities. Identifying hazards for all high-risk activities, assessing the risks, and defining control measures with site management.
