Qualifications and Experience: l Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (BTech) or Diploma in Electrical Engineering / B.Com Graduatel Minimum of 5-8 years of progressive experience in sales and marketing roles within the cable manufacturing industry/ heavy electrical productsl Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.l Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret market data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.Proficiency in Computer Applications and Software tools- MS Office, CRMs, Etc l Self-motivated and result-oriented, with a strong drive for success and continuous improvement. l Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients, industry professionals, and internal stakeholders. l Strong technical knowledge and understanding of cables Location: Delhi, Kolkata, Raipur, Guwahati, Bangalore, Chennai.
