Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Associate Project Manager to assist in planning, executing, and closing projects across various business functions. You will work closely with senior project managers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones, effective communication, and alignment with organizational goals.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities/Duties

• Assist in project planning, scheduling, tracking, and reporting activities
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for execution of projects
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and escalate as needed
• Prepare project documentation including status reports, meeting notes, timelines, and dashboards
• Support the creation and maintenance of project plans, resource allocation, and task management
• Facilitate meetings, track follow-ups, and ensure stakeholders are informed
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
• Help in maintaining compliance with organizational and regulatory standards
• Participate in project audits and post-implementation reviews
  

Education And Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• 5-7+ years of experience in a project coordination or junior project management role
• Working knowledge of project management tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project, Trello, Asana)
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• PMP/CAPM or Agile certifications (preferred but not mandatory
