CA Internl Audit Manager

As an Internal Auditor at our company based in Ahmedabad, you will be responsible for conducting internal audits within the E-Commerce or Manufacturing sector. With 3-5 years of relevant experience and a Qualified CA qualification, you will play a crucial role in ensuring financial transparency and compliance within the organization. Your key responsibilities will include: - Pre-auditing all financial transactions recorded in the ERP system. - Ensuring that all departments adhere to SOPs approved by the Management. - Validating procurement transactions to verify the presence of purchase orders, pre-approved quotes, and agreements. - Validating marketing expenditures against approved budgets and ensuring all agreements are in place. - Conducting surprise checks on transactions with third parties. - Performing surprise stock counts at warehouses to maintain inventory accuracy. - Identifying revenue leakages and investigating any unusual or abnormal financial or commercial transactions. - Ensuring timely compliance with all Tax Laws. - Defining and periodically reviewing information technology rights, maintaining audit trails. - Recommending cost optimization and savings strategies. - Assisting during statutory audits conducted by external firms such as PWC. - Providing formal internal audit reports covering all the above points to the AVP Finance and Founders. To excel in this role, you should possess strong analytical thinking skills, proficiency in data mining, and technical knowledge of accounts, GST, and Income Tax regulations.
