Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of auditors in executing statutory, internal, and tax audits.
• Plan, schedule, and oversee audit projects to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
• Review and analyze financial statements to identify risks and provide actionable insights.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, including ITR, GST, TDS, and ROC filings.
• Develop and enhance audit methodologies and internal best practices.
• Liaise with clients, regulatory authorities, and internal departments to resolve audit-related matters.
• Mentor and support the professional development of junior audit staff.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory updates, and changes in financial reporting standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Qualified CA, CMA (India), or equivalent professional certification.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant audit experience, including at least 1–2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong expertise in audit processes, financial compliance, and statutory filings (ITR, GST, TDS, ROC).
• Proficiency in MS Excel, audit software, and financial analysis tools.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines efficiently.
