Conduct initial screening interviews and shortlist candidates based on job requirements. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a seamless interview process. Maintain accurate documentation of all hiring activities in our ATS and internal systems. Build and maintain a pipeline of strong candidates for future hiring needs. Support onboarding and other HR operations as needed. Desired Candidate Profile: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 2–5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in IT/Tech hiring. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple positions simultaneously.
