Role & responsibilities • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field • At least 2 -5 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. • Proven track record of full-cycle recruitment management, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates • Experience recruiting for IT roles such as software development, infrastructure, data science, and other technology functions • Demonstrated ability to leverage social media and other sourcing tools to attract exceptional candidates • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively • A passion for staying up-to-date with current and emerging recruitment trends, and a commitment to continuous learning and development • Experience with ATS, Microsoft Office suite, and other relevant recruitment tools • Familiarity with HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
