Sourcing and Screening: Identify and engage potential candidates for technical roles through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks. Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidates' technical skills and cultural fit. Client Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and clients to understand specific job requirements and technical competencies needed. Provide guidance on market trends, salary benchmarks, and candidate availability. Contract Management: Negotiate contract terms, including rates and duration, with candidates and clients.
