Edit short reels using apps like CapCut, InShot, or Canva. Work closely with café staff to document BTS moments. 3. Google My Business Update business listing with photos, hours, and events. Collect and reply to customer reviews. 4. WhatsApp & Local Promotions Set up WhatsApp broadcast lists for regular customers. Share daily offers, menus, and order links. 5. Basic Ads & Analytics Run basic local Facebook/Instagram ads (if budget allows). Track post performance, follower growth, and reach. 6. Content Strategy Plan a weekly content calendar.
