C-Suite Trainee

Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Strategy & Growth: Contribute to shaping Ducktail's growth plans, market expansion strategies, and technology adoption in the construction sector.Operations: Support in streamlining project workflows, builder onboarding, and customer experience.Business Development: Assist in forming partnerships with builders, vendors, and third-party service providers.Technology & Innovation: Work closely with the product team on construction ERP, cost estimator, CRM, and VR/AR adoption for builders.Leadership Exposure: Shadow Ducktail's core leadership team in client meetings, government collaborations, and investor discussions.Problem Solving: Identify challenges in the construction-tech space and propose innovative solutions.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with departments like marketing, tech, and operations to learn how decisions are executed.Reporting: Prepare strategic insights, reports, and presentations for C-suite review.What We Offer:3 months of structured training with complete mentorship from our leadership team.
