You are a seasoned professional with expertise in Advanced NetApp L3 level support, CVO ONTAP, and ITIL processes (Change Management, Problem Management). As a part of the HV Services team at Hitachi Vantara in Hyderabad, India, your role involves optimizing NAS systems for high-performance operations and providing L3-level support for NetApp CDOT in a NAS environment to ensure high availability and performance. Your responsibilities include demonstrating in-depth expertise in NetApp C Mode, managing and troubleshooting SMB/CIFS shares, NFS exports, and dual protocol shares, performing performance analysis and root cause analysis using tools like NetApp Active IQ Manager, and executing patch/microcode upgrades and data migration. You will lead Problem Management activities, implement automation solutions to streamline storage operations, and configure and manage Cluster Aggregates, Volumes, Qtrees, Snapshots, and SVMs while adhering to industry best practices. Collaboration with vendors and cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues, mentorship of BAU support teams, and translating business requirements into scalable technology solutions are also essential aspects of your role. To excel in this position, you should have at least 8 years of hands-on experience with NetApp CDOT (ONTAP) L3 level support, expertise in ITIL processes, and hands-on experience with CVO ONTAP.
