Job Description

As an experienced candidate with 5+ years of experience in embedded software development, your role will involve working on networking projects with a focus on L2 and L3 protocols, specifically on the RDK-B platform. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing embedded software solutions using C/C++ programming languages. - Working on networking protocols such as TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, IPv4/IPv6. - Utilizing Linux system programming, multithreading, and IPC mechanisms. - Collaborating with CCSP, HAL, and Yocto build systems. - Using tools like Wireshark, Gerrit, Jenkins, and Git for development and testing. - Familiarity with Wi-Fi standards, Openwrt, Wifimesh, Purplos, DOCSIS, GPON, LTE/5G, Ethernet. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering. - Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience with the RDK-B platform. - Proficiency in networking Layer 2 and Layer 3 concepts. - Strong understanding of networking protocols and standards. - Previous experience with embedded software development.
