C Developer

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance software components using the

  C programming language

• Work within

  Linux and/or Windows operating systems

  to build and support system-level applications
• Analyze software requirements and contribute to

  design architecture and implementation plans

• Perform regular

  code reviews, refactoring, and performance optimization

• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex software issues
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality, maintainable code
  

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in

  C programming

  and low-level systems concepts
• Experience with

  Linux and/or Windows OS

  development environments
• Excellent

  analytical, debugging, and problem-solving

  skills
• Ability to

  design, implement, and document

  software modules and features
• Experience with

  code analysis, optimization, and performance tuning

Bonus / Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of

  audio/video codecs

  (e.g., H.264, AAC, VP9, etc.)
• Experience with multimedia frameworks or streaming technologies
  
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)
