C Developer

Role Overview: You will be joining as a C# Developer at NTT DATA's team in Remote, Karntaka (IN-KA), India. As a .NET Lead Engineer, your main responsibility will be to lead a team focused on delivering high-quality software for clients. You will have the opportunity to manage a 3-person client team, conduct performance reviews, hold one-on-one meetings, design within a defined architecture, review code, develop talent at all levels, and more. Key Responsibilities: - Manage a 3-person client team - Perform written performance reviews for the team - Hold regular one-on-ones with team members - Design independently within a defined architecture - Review code assuring coding standards and good design principles are met - Operate as a "full-stack" developer with expertise in new and legacy architecture styles - Develop talent at all levels of developer - Coach and teach usage of Design Patterns, SOLID principles, and Architectural Patterns - Establish development environment setup for the team from scratch - Create new hosting and deployment environments from scratch - Establish new Continuous Integration, integrate with SCM, and set up builds - Guide the team in developing estimates - Communicate with the client on new features and scope change - Define technical approach, lead the team in implementing it - Design features independently - Deliver complex components - Define and manage tools and processes for the team - Mentor the team on methodology use - Interview junior and mid-level candidates for the team - Proactively raise and solve issues with clients Qualifications Required: - 8+ years of professional experience developing in C# - 5+ years of experience working with .NET technologies including at least one of Web API, ASP.NET MVC, Blazor, or MAUI - 3+ years of experience working with Azure including at least one of the following technologies: Azure Functions, Event Hubs, Service Bus, Identity, AD, AKS, AzDO, and APIM - 3+ years of experience working with JavaScript, jQuery, NodeJS, and/or other related front-end web technologies - 3+ years of experience with unit testing - 2+ years of experience in creating new hosting and deployment environments from scratch, working knowledge of containers and virtualization Additional Details of the Company: NTT DATA is a $30 billion trusted global innovator of business and technology services serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
