Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior Role - Business Development to identify and secure clients across various geographies for our decentralized solar projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Renewable Energy sector, particularly in solar power, and will be responsible for data collection, proposal preparation, and client acquisition. This role will be responsible to find and appoint channel partners, drive them to generate proposals, and close clients that come through these partners. The ideal candidate will have experience in the Renewable Energy sector and a strong network of channel partners who have worked on decentralized solar plants for the C&I sector. Key Responsibilities: Identify potential clients in all geographies and gather relevant data. Prepare and present proposals to prospective clients. Identify and appoint channel partners. Close deals and secure contracts with clients. Develop and maintain strong client relationships. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 10-15 years of experience in business development, preferably in the Renewable Energy sector. Proven track record of closing deals and securing clients. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to travel as needed.

Role & responsibilities Preferred candidate profile Minimum of 2-12 years experience in commercial loan operations or a credit/lending experience within capital markets/Investment banking depending on the levels Knowledge of commercial loan documentation. Ability to review commercial loan documents such as loan/credit agreement, syndicated agreement, intent notices, notes, guaranties, letter of credit, financial documents and security documents for accuracy and agreement with approved terms Perks and benefits

Role & responsibilities Requirement Gathering & Analysis: Work with stakeholders to define business requirements for collateral management, including valuation, lien tracking, perfection, and release processes. Collateral Data & Structuring: Define how collateral assets (real estate, equipment, inventory, securities, etc.) should be structured, tracked, and linked to loan products in the system. System Design & Workflows: Collaborate with product, engineering, and credit teams to design efficient workflows for collateral intake, underwriting, monitoring, and liquidation. Regulatory & Risk Compliance: Ensure compliance with UCC filings, LTV (Loan-to-Value) calculations, appraisals, and other regulatory requirements for secured lending. Automation & AI Integration: Support the development of AI-driven automation for collateral valuation, documentation extraction, and risk assessment. Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a liaison between lenders, credit analysts, risk teams, and technology teams to improve collateral-related processes. Testing & Validation: Define test cases and participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) to ensure system functionality aligns with business needs Preferred candidate profile 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in financial services, lending, or loan origination systems. Strong understanding of collateral management, secured lending, and loan lifecycle processes. Experience working with commercial and consumer loans (C&I, CRE, Auto, Mortgage, Construction, etc.). Knowledge of lien perfection, UCC filings, appraisals, and regulatory compliance related to collateral. Ability to work with cross-functional teams including technology, credit, risk, and compliance. Experience with loan origination platforms (LOS), servicing systems, and collateral tracking tools is a plus. Hands-on experience with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Solid Edge, SP3D, E3D, or any other 3D modeling tools, along with MS Office applications. Strong background as an I&C Designer in generating various I&C engineering drawings, including CCR layouts, I&C panel modeling, instrument location and hook-up drawings, JB location and cable tray layout drawingsspecifically for medium to large-scale power, hydrocarbon, or chemical process projects. Capable of extracting I&C layout drawings and material take-offs (MTO) from 3D models, performing interference checks, and resolving clashes within the model environment. Well-versed in I&C code standards for accurate instrument placement and system design. Experience in all phases of engineering: FEED (Front End Engineering Design), proposal engineering, and detailed engineering. Proficient in preparing instrument hook-up drawings, cable interconnection, loop wiring diagrams, and estimating BOQs for I&C materials such as cables and installation hardware.
