Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior Role - Business Development to identify and secure clients across various geographies for our decentralized solar projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Renewable Energy sector, particularly in solar power, and will be responsible for data collection, proposal preparation, and client acquisition. This role will be responsible to find and appoint channel partners, drive them to generate proposals, and close clients that come through these partners. The ideal candidate will have experience in the Renewable Energy sector and a strong network of channel partners who have worked on decentralized solar plants for the C&I sector. Key Responsibilities: Identify potential clients in all geographies and gather relevant data. Prepare and present proposals to prospective clients. Identify and appoint channel partners. Close deals and secure contracts with clients. Develop and maintain strong client relationships. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 10-15 years of experience in business development, preferably in the Renewable Energy sector. Proven track record of closing deals and securing clients. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to travel as needed.
