POSITION : Manager Compensation & Benefits (India) MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES: Compensation - 75% Benefits - 25% 1. Leading and managing the annual salary review campaign for all Operating Centers in India 2. Budget Setting: Preparing budget proposal basis on country dynamics and market forecast data for India. 3. Drive Bonus (Variable Pay): Manage drive bonus for the aligned group of countries including validation checks on bonus plan and business alignment; Perform validation checks on the bonus calculations, generated by system etc. 4. Support leaders with salary decision guidance either based on specific requests as part of the Request Comp Change, Job Change and Ready Recruit processes, off-cycle retention and promotion etc. 5. Market Data (Compensation & Benefits Benchmarking): Participate in C&B survey and ensure data is submitted on time with Quality. Ensure queries by external consulting partner to be addressed on a timely basis. Carry out Job matching and other survey submission related activities. Prepare pay range basis on the market data. Prepare individual compensation positioning within the salary bands Leading & managing these activities for India 6. Responsible for the below activities: - Monitor competitiveness Accountable for records retention process of compensation related documents. Supporting retention cases by offering retention proposals. Supporting fitment for TA hiring Supporting conversion cases from FTC/Conversions to Permanent. Supporting all annual activities like Annual Salary Review, Annual Promotions, Annual Variable pay, LTI etc. campaigns, off-cycle salary review / promotions etc. Supporting in LTI and ESOPs Supporting all ad hoc requests. Supporting Group Internal Audits. Support in creating/revising various policies and benefits. Support in all compliance/statutory activities (like Wage Code Bill, EPS or any such sort of compliance of Statutory activities.) Provide all data to finance and other respective team with regards to internal reporting and external reporting. Support Group C&B in all global and adhoc activities/initiatives. Supporting GBS entity in all C&B & IM related matters. 7. Responsible for International Mobility (IM), Insurances, Benefits and policies as well. a. This role will be responsible for International Mobility. b. This role will be responsible for Insurances. c. This role will be responsible for all the C&B & IM Policies d. This role will be responsible for all the Benefits & policies under C&B PROFILE REQUIREMENT: - This is an Individual Contributor (IC) role currently which may include people manager role as direct/indirect reports in future. Candidates must perform each activity as IC with very little supervision and monitoring from the line manager. This role includes transactional, operational as well as strategic activities and responsibilities. Candidates to take ownership of each activity and ensure the timelines by on-time delivery with Quality (i.e. First time right with minimal or zero error). Candidates to manage stakeholders and their expectations and avoid escalations from the stakeholders. Candidates must have the skills to manage multiple projects, timelines with a crunch deadline. Bachelors degree with experience in a Reward role (ideally gained in a EPC Industry, large MNC Corporation, and/or corporate organization). Experience of managing global processes, evidence of delivery to the deadlines / effective management of multiple activities with conflicting timelines. Experience coordinating efforts across multiple countries with direct exposure to specific regional requirements affecting project deliverables. Professional proficiency in advanced MS Excel and data analysis, various analytics tools, dashboard, data management etc. Able to multitask activities.
