We are hiring enthusiastic Tele Sales Officers to join our Academic Institute's admissions team. You will be responsible for reaching out to prospective students and parents, explaining our courses, resolving queries, and converting leads into enrollmentsall over the phone. Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents from the lead database. Explain course offerings, eligibility criteria, and benefits in a clear and persuasive manner. Understand student needs and recommend suitable academic programs. Convert inquiries into confirmed enrollments by effectively following up. Maintain and update accurate records of calls, leads, and student data in the CRM system. Meet or exceed daily and monthly calling and admission targets. Collaborate with the counseling and academic teams to ensure aligned communication. Participate in regular training to stay updated on new courses and admissions procedures. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in any field (required). Strong communication skills in Hindi (English and Bengali are a plus). Confidence in speaking with students and parents over the phone. Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets. Basic computer knowledge and comfort using CRM or spreadsheets. Prior experience in telecalling, admissions, BPO, or EdTech is a bonus.
