Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Accountant located in Jaipur. The Junior Accountant will be responsible for assisting the accounting department with day-to-day tasks such as preparing financial reports, maintaining financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, and performing reconciliations. Additionally, the Junior Accountant will support month-end and year-end close processes, ensure compliance with financial regulations, and provide administrative support as needed. Qualifications Proficiency in accounting principles and practices Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel Excellent written and verbal communication skills Attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team Previous experience in a similar role is a plus Familiarity with financial regulations and standards Knowledge of Tally Prime
