Key responsibilities for BWMR Head role; Defining scrap buy price list every month (or bi-monthly if required) Deciding overall scrap collection target; then cascading it at market/ distributor level Ensuring smooth operations of reverse logistics till smelter (either through internal team or 3rd party) Ensuring clear communication of pricing and target to channel LGs representative at BWMR committee meetings Ensuring compliance to BWMR through all potential options Co-ordinating with smelter partners on scrap conversion (incl. recovery, costs)
